Delivery Options:

  1. Next-Day Delivery (Orders before 10 AM):

    • Orders placed before 10 AM will be eligible for next-day delivery.

    • Next-day delivery is subject to product availability and delivery location.

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • Orders placed after 10 AM will be dispatched the following day.

    • Standard delivery times vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method chosen during checkout.

Tracking Information:

  • All deliveries are tracked via Royal Mail or parcel force when possible to ensure transparency and accuracy in the shipping process.

  • To provide you with tracked information, we require your details. Please enter your contact details accurately during the checkout process to enable us to send tracked information to you.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • We do our best to dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances or delivery carrier delays.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times and charges may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Requirements:

    • All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags intact. 

    •  Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, which is a standard practice in the hair industry.

    • All merchandise can not be returned if they have been worn 

    • Consumer Rights Act 2015: Our returns policy aligns with the provisions outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which grants consumers the right to return goods purchased online within a 14-day period.

    • Right to Cancel: As per UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods without giving any reason. This ensures that you have adequate time to inspect the items and decide whether they meet your expectations.

    • Returns should be initiated within 7  days from the date of purchase.

    • Please do not return merchandise that does not comply with these conditions, as refunds will not be issued.

    • Exceptions and Exemptions: While our policy adheres to the statutory rights granted to consumers, certain exceptions may apply. For instance, personalized customised or perishable items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. However, we are committed to clearly outlining any such exceptions to ensure transparency and fairness.

    • IntelliMESH™ /Sharni K Coaching Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage in transit when creating a return. 

    • We advise that when returning any products, you use a tracked service. 

    • Returns are at the customer's cost.

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. To acquire a different product, kindly proceed with a return for a full refund and place a new order through our website.

    • Refunds will cover the cost of the returned product(s) only; postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    • We do not accept returns for closures or frontals that have been worn or damaged. Kindly note that closures are delicate products requiring proper aftercare for longevity.

  1. Exchange Procedure for Colour or Style Change:

    • If you need to change the colour or style, kindly return the original order to our warehouse at the address below for a refund.

    • To obtain the desired colour or style, please place a new order through our website.

  1. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, enclose your order with the completed returns form indicating your desire for a refund.

    • All returns will only be refunded once we receive them and check them. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

  1. Return Timeframe:

    • Returns received outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

    • Customers returning items beyond the stipulated period will be responsible for return postage costs by Special Delivery or may incur a 20% restocking charge on the cost of the unauthorized return.
